Lucky, lucky me! To have found such a lovely cottage to stay in on this, my first visit to the island. It has been so homely and the cheerful spring bird-song in the peaceful garden, with plump, re-legged partridges scampering around has been a delight.
I've been blessed with glorious weather which, together with the central location, has made exploring a great pleasure.
I'd recommend a visit to Appuldurcombe House, (free parking & entry - not Saturdays); and the cafe at Chessell Pottery, (no pottery!), does great lunches.
Thank you Barbara and Kit for your warm and caring welcome. Oh, and the dogs!!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Kitty's Loft - it is a lovely, well-equipped cottage in very peaceful surroundings. It is centrally located for visiting all parts of the island so we have enjoyed some interesting walks and sights.
We have had some lovely weather so it has been a treat to come back at the end of the day and enjoy a G+T in the lovely garden.

Kitty's Loft has been an ideal location for our Half Term break. We really appreciated its cleanliness and comfort.
Our boys are smitten with Lotte and Saffie. That you invited them to play with such beautiful pups, well that's clearly now their favourite memory from our week away!

A super week - we don't want to leave! Lovely, warm, peaceful cottage, very well equipped, (a radio would be a welcome addition).
Great location for exploring the Island - Tennyson Down, (Dimbola and Farringford recommended), Compton beach for fossils and paddling, Ventnor festival, Wight Mouse Inn has great food, views and friendly staff

We had a wonderful and peaceful break but packed in lots of wonderful days out too. The cottage is beautiful and comfortable and the owners, (including Saffie and Lotte!) are brilliant.

Another lovely week at Kitty's Loft. We've enjoyed visits to Osborne House, Carisbrooke Castle and the Steam Railway and even managed a swim in the sea! Thank you again for being such wonderful hosts, the boys have loved playing with Lotte and Saffie and the Halloween treats were very much appreciated.
